The Ravens now have all of their draft picks other than third-round S Terrence Brooks under contract.
Mosley’s four-year contract is worth an estimated $8,787,996 and includes a signing bonus of $4,711,272, according to OverTheCap.com.
Mosley was incredibly productive playing in the middle of the University of Alabama defense. He was widely considered one of the most NFL-ready prospects in the 2014 NFL Draft, but questions about his injury history likely dropped him to the middle of round one.
Baltimore will presumably count on Mosley to slide right into one of the starting inside linebacker positions next to Daryl Smith. The Ravens did use a second-round pick on ILB Arthur Brown last year, but Mosley is a more dynamic athlete and much better tackler.
During his four years at Alabama, Mosley totaled 319 tackles, 23 tackles for a loss, 6.5 sacks, five interceptions and two forced fumbles.
