The Baltimore Ravens announced Thursday that they’ve signed S Will Hill to a two-year extension.

Hill, 25, originally signed on with the Giants as an undrafted free agent out of Florida back in 2012. After some off-the-field issues, Hill was forced to play in the Arena Football League for a brief period of time before the Ravens took a chance on him last year.

Baltimore used a low-round restricted tender worth $1.542 million on him back in March.

Last year, Hill appeared in 10 games and recorded 41 tackles, one interception, a defensive touchdown and four pass defenses. Pro Football Focus has him rated as the No. 14 safety out of 87 qualifying players.
