Ravens Waive G Leon Brown, Withdraw ERFA Tender From TE Konrad Reuland

Jeff Zrebeic of the Baltimore Sun reports that the Ravens have placed G Leon Brown on waivers and withdrawn exclusive rights tender to tight end Konrad Reuland.

Brown, 23, wound up signing on with the Ravens as an undrafted free agent out of Alabama back in May of last year. He was unfortunately among their final roster cuts at the start of the season.

However, the Ravens later signed him to their practice squad and eventually brought him back on a future/reserve contract a few months ago.

Reuland, 29, originally signed on with the 49ers as an undrafted free agent out of Stanford back in 2011. After playing for the Jets and Colts, the Ravens signed him to their practice squad in October of 2014.

The Ravens brought Reuland back on a future/reserve contract last year, but he was on and off of their practice squad for much of the season .

In 2015, Reuland appeared in four games, but didn’t record a single statistic.
