Ravens Worked Out QB David Fales

Field Yates of ESPN reports that the Ravens brought in QB David Fales for a workout on Monday.

Jamison Hensley points out that Ravens OC Marc Trestman is familiar with Fales from their time together in Chicago.

Fales, 25, was taken in the sixth-round of the Bears back in 2014. He was unable to make the 53-man roster coming out of the season during his rookie season and he has been on and off of the Bears’ practice squad since then.

The Bears once again elected to cut Fales loose this past weekend, as they got their roster down to 53 players. Chicago later signed Matt Barkley to their practice squad, which left Fales on the outs with the team.

He has yet to appear in an NFL game.
