Redskins Activating TE Derek Carrier From PUP List

John Keim reports that the Redskins are activating TE Derek Carrier for Week 10 from their physically unable to perform list.

Washington placed Carrier on the PUP list back in July due to torn ACL and MCL injuries he sustained in December of last year.

Carrier, 26, came over in a trade with the 49ers that sent a 2017 conditional fifth round pick to San Francisco. He’s entering the second year of his three-year, $2.985 million contract that included a $400,000 signing bonus.

Carrier will make a base salary of $800,000 this season and another $950,000 next year.

In 2015, he appeared in 12 games and recorded 17 receptions for 141 yards receiving and a touchdown.
