Redskins veteran CB DeAngelo Hall told reporters following Sunday’s game that he has a torn Achilles tendon, per Dianna Marie Russini.

  • Hall is expected to undergo an MRI on Monday.

If the MRI confirms the torn Achilles tendon, Hall would almost certainly undergo season-ending surgery and be placed on injured reserve.

Hall , 30, signed a four-year, $17 million contract that included $5.4 million guaranteed with the Redskins back in February. Next year, his base salary will jump from $1.25 million to $4 million, so it will be interesting to see what they elect to do with him moving forward.

Hall’s 2013 season ends with 16 tackles and a fumble recovery over the course of three games.
