Redskins Hosting CB Greg Toler For A Visit

Ian Rapoport of NFL Media reports that the Redskins are hosting free agent CB Greg Toler for a visit on Wednesday.

  • Rapoport mentions that Toler has a connection to linebackers coach Greg Manusky from their time together in Indianapolis.

Toler previously met with the Dolphins, but wound up leaving Miami without a contract.

Toler, 31, is a former fourth-round pick of the Cardinals back in 2009. He spent three years in Arizona before signing on with the Colts in 2013.

Toler is currently testing the open market as an unrestricted free agent.

In 2015, Toler appeared in 10 games for the Colts and recorded 51 tackles, no interceptions, a forced fumble and 10 pass defenses. Pro Football Focus has him rated as the No. 106 cornerback out of 111 qualifying players.
