Veteran ILB London Fletcher and current Washington Redskin, mentioned that will consider other options if he’s unable to reach a deal with the Redskins.
“Hopefully, we’ll get something done,” Fletcher said, via FOX Sports. “But if I make it to March 13 (unsigned), who knows?”
“I’d love to go back to Washington, but obviously it’s a business,” admitted Fletcher added. “It’ll take some time to get done but we both want to get a deal done.”
Fletcher will be 37 in the coming months but has remained amazingly productive despite his age. He’s also the captain of the team’s defense so that’s worth something. If he becomes available, there will be team’s checking in on him but the deal will most likely be performance based with little in guarantees.
