The Washington Redskins officially placed OT Kevin Bowen on the injured reserve list after passing through waivers unclaimed.
Bowen, 24, wound up signing on with the Redskins as an undrafted free agent out of East Central back in May of last year. Washington waived him with the injury designation during the 2016 preseason and he reverted to their injured reserve.
The Redskins waived him, once again, with an injury designation on Saturday. He has yet to appear in an NFL game.
During his senior year at East Central, Bowen was named to the 2015 All-Great American Conference First Team.
