Redskins Place Rob Kelley On IR, Cut Two From Practice Squad

The Washington Redskins officially placed RB Rob Kelley on injured reserve Tuesday and released DB Jeremy Reaves and WR Teo Redding from their practice squad.

The Redskins’ practice squad now consists of:

  1. RB Kapri Bibbs
  2. WR Simmie Cobbs Jr.
  3. TE Matt Flanagan
  4. WR Darvin Kidsy
  5. LB Cassanova McKinzy
  6. T Timon Parris
  7. DT JoJo Wicker
  8. TE J.P. Holtz

Kelley, 25, wound up signing on with the Redskins as an undrafted free agent out of Tulane back in 2016. He’s currently in the third year of his three-year, $1.62 million contract and set to make a base salary of $630,000 for the 2018 season.

Kelley will be a restricted free agent in 2019.

In 2018, Kelley appeared in two games and rushed for eight yards on two carries.
