RB Adrian Peterson Still Set On Trying To Start Week 1

Dan Wiederer of the Minneapolis Star-Tribune states that RB Adrian Petersonis locked in” on starting week one for the Minnesota Vikings

Eric Sugarman, Peterson’s physical therapist, said that recently he “was having a heck of a time holding him back.” The main concern for this is that Peterson’s “drive doesn’t become self-destructive,” as Wiederer point out.  While Sugarman encourages Peterson’s optimism and goal to start week 1 for the Vikings “he isn’t crazy enough to promise it.

Peterson’s goal is not impossible but if his body is not ready then the trainers will not allow him on the field for the Vikings which heavily struggled after he got injured.
