Redskins Sign TE Marcel Jensen Off Bills’ Practice Squad

The Washington Redskins have signed TE Marcel Jensen off of the Bills’ practice squad on Tuesday, according to his agent Steve Caric.

Jensen, 25, signed on with the Jaguars as an undrafted free agent out of Fresno State back in May of last year. He was unable to make the team’s 53-man roster coming out of the preseason, but later signed on their practice squad.

The Broncos wound up claiming Jensen off of waivers from the Jaguars shortly after this year’s draft. However, he was among their final roster cuts.

Jensen signed on to the Falcons’ practice squad at the start of the regular season before being waived a few weeks ago and later being added to the Bills’ practice squad. .

In 2014, Jensen appeared in one came and caught a single pass for eight yards.
