The Washington Redskins announced the signing of S Da’Mon Cromartie-Smith on Friday.
Cromartie-Smith, 27, originally signed on with the Steelers as an undrafted free agent out of UTEP back in 2010. He has spent the last three years with Pittsburgh on and off their practice squad, but was waived-injured in October of last season.
Over the course of his three-year NFL career, Cromartie-Smith has appeared in 10 games and recorded four tackles.
