Redskins Sticking With Rex Grossman

Washington Redskins head coach Mike Shanahan told reports that Rex Grossman will be the teams starting quarterback for Week 11’s game against the Dallas Cowboys.

Grossman finished yesterday’s game with 215 yards passing and 2 interceptions which isn’t exactly a great performance by any means but the team is lacking at the quarterback position. Still, Shanahan mentioned that he was pleased with Grossman’s performance despite not scoring a touchdown in the game.

“I was impressed by the way he played,” said Shanahan during Monday’s press conference.

John Beck hasn’t been any better which is most likely the reason that the team will stick with Rex for another week.
