Dolphins Mutually Agree To Part Ways With Assistant GM Brian Gaine

The Miami Dolphins announced on Wednesday that they have mutually agreed to part ways with assistant GM Brian Gaine now that they have officially hired Dennis Hickey as their new GM.

Gaine was the only candidate out of the four finalists who wasn’t offered the job.

Many view Gaine as a very good front office executive, so he shouldn’t have a hard time finding another opportunity at some point in the near future.

Armando Salguero reports that Dolphins assistant GM Brian Gaine is “not likely to stay with the Dolphins over long-term” now that they have made the decision to hire Dennis Hickey as their new GM.
