Aaron Wilson of the Baltimore Sun is reporting that the Ravens are, in fact, trading C Gino Gradkowski to the Broncos.

  • Adam Caplan mentions that Gradkowski will get an opportunity to start for the Broncos next year.

We’ll have to see what the compensation is for Gradkowski, but it would not be surprising to see him traded for a conditional draft pick.

Adam Caplan of ESPN, citing a league source, is reporting that the Broncos and the Ravens are working on a trade that would send C Gino Gradkowski to Denver.

Gradkowski, 26, is a former fourth round pick of the Ravens back in 2012. He’s in the final year of his four-year, $2.584 million contract and stands to make a base salary of $660,000 for the 2015 season.

According to OverTheCap.com, trading Gradkowski will free up $1,542,000 in available cap space while creating $121,106 in dead money.

Last year, Gradkowski was limited to appearing in just eight games for the Ravens and playing a total of 10 snaps, according to Pro Football Focus.
