Jeff Howe is reporting that the Browns and Buccaneers have both expressed interest in trading for Patriots backup QB Ryan Mallett.
Howe added that a trade for Mallett is unlikely at this point in time.
The Browns have been rumored to be a landing spot since Michael Lombardi signed on as their VP of player personnel.
