Browns Sign WR Brian Hartline To A Two-Year, $6M Contract

Dustin Fox is reporting that the Browns are signing former Dolphins WR Brian Hartline to a contract.

  • Pro Football Talk reports that Hartline receives a two-year, $6 million contract from the Browns.

Hartline reportedly had interest from the Dolphins, Chiefs, BearsPatriots, and Texans since he was released by the Dolphins.

Cleveland can use all the help they can get at receiver, and even though they’re bringing Hartline aboard, it wouldn’t be surprising to see them target another receiver in either free agency or the draft.

Hartline, 28, appeared in all 16 games and caught 39 passes for 474 yards receiving and two touchdowns for the Dolphins in 2014. Pro Football Focus rated Hartline as the No. 103 receiver out of 110 qualifying players.
