Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain Dealer tweets that the Browns will meet with Oregon HC Chip Kelly this afternoon.

The Browns are reportedly willing to be aggressive in their approach towards landing Kelly, so the fact that they’re the first to meet with him following his Bowl game last night could give them a bit of an edge.
The Eagles and Bills are also in contention for Kelly, but it’s hard to say that Buffalo has as good of a shot to sign him.
