Report: Cardinals To Announce Colts OL Coach Harold Goodwin As OC

Colts beat writer Mike Chappell tweets that he expects to see Colts OL coach Harold Goodwin follow Bruce Arians to Arizona and becomes the Cardinals new offensive coordinator.

The move comes two days after having announced Arians as the teams new head coach. Arians is obviously looking to maintain some continuity with his coaching staff.

This would be Goodwin’s first job as an offensive coordinator, having been an offensive line coach since 1995. Despite his new position, Arians was quick to announce that he will be the one calling plays this season during his press conference on Friday.

The next step for Arians will be finding a replacement for recently departed defensive coordinator Ray Horton who left the Cardinals to run the Cleveland Browns defense.
