Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports reports that the Kansas City Chiefs and free agent DE Glenn Dorsey are “making real headway” on a contract extension.
Andy Reid and John Dorsey are apparently focused on retaining their young talent in the hopes of getting them to be more productive in the coming years.
Dorsey, 27, played only 115 snaps in four games last year, but they appear to have plans to change that next season.
