Report: Cowboys LB Sean Lee Expected To Miss 3-4 Weeks

Mike Garafolo of Fox Sports first reported that Cowboys LB Sean Lee is expected to be out three-four weeks with his hamstring injury.

  • Lee underwent an MRI on Monday morning.

Lee went down with the hamstring injury during the second quarter of Sunday’s loss to the Saints and the Cowboys defensive play was immediately impacted by his loss.

Lee was replaced by Justin Durant, but he too suffered a hamstring injury of his own. It will be interesting to see what Dallas elects to do at this position, especially if Durant is out for any period of time. Kyle Bosworth could be in line for more playing or they could move someone inside.

It wouldn’t be surprising to see the Cowboys bring in some free agents for workouts in the coming days.
