Report: Cowboys Waiving Former Fourth-Round Pick CB B.W. Webb

Tom Pelissero of USA Today has been informed that the Cowboys are waiving 2013 fourth-round pick CB B.W. Webb.

  • Pelissero adds that Webb has been dealing with a hip flexor, but he’s now healthy and is expected to find another opportunity elsewhere.

Webb, 24, was set to make a base salary of $495,000 for the upcoming season, but there is a chance that he could be claimed off of waivers in the coming days.

Last year, he appeared in 15 games and recorded 16 tackles and a pass defense for Dallas. According to Pro Football Focus, Webb played 253 snaps for the Cowboys in 2013.
