ESPN Radio reports that the Miami Dolphins will hire Jeff Fisher to be their next head coach, via Keli Fulton.

It was reported to be down to the Dolphins and Rams and several NFL insiders had the Rams as the odds on favorite. Fisher even spent time with some of the teams players including Sam Bradford last weekend but he ultimately chose to take Dolphins job despite not having a quarterback of the future in place.

Reports indicated that Fisher was concerned about the team moving to Los Angeles in the coming years which is something that he experienced with the Titans franchise when they moved from Houston.
