Report: Eight Prospective Buyers To Meet With The Bills

Tim Graham of the Buffalo News reports that as many as eight prospective owners will meet with the Bills over the next three weeks for in-person presentations.

According to numerous reports, only three ownership groups submitted bids for the franchise — Sabres owner Terry Pegula, Donald Trump and Jon Bon Jovi’s Toronto group — during the first round, but it appears as though there is much more interest in the team than expected.

Graham adds that Bills’ Hall of Fame QB Jim Kelly is involved with one of the undisclosed bidders and will be meeting with the team’s trust on Thursday.

The Bills are continuing to move quickly with this process and could have a new owner in the next few months. We’ll have more updates as the news is available.
