Ian Rapoport reports that free agent OLB Quentin Groves visited with the New England Patriots on Tuesday.
- Rapoport adds that Groves will be visiting the Redskins on Wednesday.
Groves, soon to be 30, spent the entire 2013 season with the Browns, before being released just a few days ago. He had one year remaining on his two-year, $2.8 million contract that he signed with Cleveland back in 2013.
Last year, Groves season was cut short to just five games into the season due to an ankle injury that ended up placing him on the season-ending injury reserve list.  On those five games he appeared, Groves totaled four tackles, two sacks and a force fumbles.
