Report: Free Agent S Danieal Manning Visiting Chiefs After Bengals

Free agent S Danieal Manning tells SiriusXM NFL Radio that he will be visiting with the Kansas City Chiefs after his meeting with the Cincinnati Bengals.

  • Manning added that his visit with the Chiefs will be on Thursday.

Manning, 31, suffered a hairline fracture of his right fibula and was limited to appearing in just six games last season. In 2012, he appeared in all 16 games for the Texans and totaled 77 tackles, a sack, two interceptions three forced fumbles and a recovery.

Mark Berman of Fox 26 reports that free agent S Danieal Manning will visit the Bengals on Tuesday and into Wednesday.

The Houston Texans cut Manning loose earlier in the day after they were unable to reach an agreement on a restructured contract.
