Kimberly Jones of the NFL Network is reporting that the Giants have re-signed G Kevin Boothe to a one-year contract.
Boothe, 29, was reportedly speaking with the Panthers, Jets, and Cardinals as well, but the Giants looked to be favorites to sign him. He’s a solid run blocker, who offers them some versatility upfront.
Pro Football Focus rated him as an above average guard last season and he comes in as our No. 34 best available player in our Top 50 Free Agents list.
