Report: Giants Re-Signing RB Peyton Hillis To A Two-Year Deal

 

Ralph Vacchiano of the New York Daily News reports that the Giants are re-signing RB Peyton Hillis to a two-year contract Tuesday.

  • Vacchiano adds that Hillis is already on his way to New York and a deal will be signed later in the day.

Hillis, 28, signed with the Giants back in October of last season following the injury to RBs David Wilson and Brandon Jacobs. He appeared in seven games and rushed for 247 yards on 73 carries (3.4 YPC) and contributed two touchdowns.
