Giants Officially Re-Sign TE Daniel Fells To A One-Year Deal

The Giants announced the signing of veteran TE Daniel Fells on Thursday.

Jordan Raanan of NJ.com reports that the Giants are re-signing veteran TE Daniel Fells to a one-year deal.

Fells, 31, originally signed on with the Falcons as an undrafted free agent out of UC Davis back in 2006. Since then, Fells has played for the Raiders, Buccaneers, Rams, Broncos, Patriots and Giants.

Last year, he appeared in 16 games for the Giants and caught 16 passes for 188 yards receiving and four touchdowns. Pro Football Focus has him rated as the N0. 8 tight end out of 67 qualifying players.
