Report: Giants S Will Hill Facing Another Suspension, Could Be Done In New York

Mike Garafolo reported earlier this morning that Giants S Will Hill is facing another suspension for a violating the NFL’s drug policy.

  • Ralph Vacchiano, citing a team source, reports that the Giants are “livid” about the situation and he’s likely “done” in New York.
  • Garafolo adds that Hill’s suspension could be anywhere from six games to a year long.

Hill, 24, is reportedly planning to appeal the recent results and in turn prevent a year-long suspension. However, the Vacchiano mentioned that the results may not have even matter in the eyes of the Giants.

This would be Hill’s third suspension in as many years, so it’s hard to blame the Giants for their level of frustration regarding the matter.

Last year, Hill appeared in 12 games and totaled 77 tackles, two interceptions, two forced fumbles and a recover for the Giants.

Pro Football Focus has him rated as the No. 2 safety in the league last season.
