Mike Reiss of ESPN Boston reports that the Jaguars have claimed DT Kyle Love off of waivers from the Patriots.
There’s already been a lot made about the Patriots decision to cut Love loose after it was determined that he has Type-2 diabetes.
Love’s agent has said that his client will not pursue legal action against New England right now, according to Pro Football Talk.
Love is still only 26-years-old, so there’s a chance this could end up being a great move by the Jaguars if he’s able to add some the weight he recently shed. He’s a pretty good run defender, which was an obvious weakness for them last season.
