According to Aaron Wilson, Davis’ one-year deal for $950,000 includes a base salary of $870,000, a $40,000 bonus and a $40,000 first-game roster bonus.

Davis, 29, is a former fifth-round pick of the Bears back in 2008. Since then, Davis has played for the Browns, Seahawks, and Giants before signing on with the Lions as a free agent in October of last year.
In 2014, he was limited to appearing in just six games and did not record a single statistic. Pro Football Focus has him down for playing 148 total snaps last season.
