Update:

ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that the Cardinals have signed DE/OLB John Abraham.

  • Schefter adds that Abraham receives a two-year deal for Arizona.
  • Mike Garafolo reports that Abraham’s contract should be roughly $6 million.
  • Kent Somers tweets that the addition of Abraham brings up questions regarding O’Brien Schofield‘s future with the Cardinals.

Abraham, 35, is coming off of a season in which he totaled 10 sacks for the Falcons defense. He joins a roster that includes Sam Acho and Lorenzo Alexander at outside linebacker.

We had Abraham listed as the No. 1 player in our Best Available Free Agents list.

According to Rapoport, Arizona and HC Bruce Arians are giving him “the hard sell”

  • Jason La Canfora reported Wednesday night that the Cardinals have an offer on the table to Abraham.
