Update:

Miami lost WR Armon Binns for the season after he suffered a torn ACL and MCL during last weekend’s practice, so they are in need of some additional help at receiver.

ESPN’s Rich Cimini tweeted Monday that wide receiver Laurent Robinson is scheduled to work out with the Jets today, according to a source.

Additionally, he’s also scheduled to work out with the Patriots and Lions as well in the future.

Robinson last played for the Jaguars in 2012 but was diagnosed with a concussion four times. His health made him hard to retain even after the Jaguars signed him to a five-year, $32.5 million contract.

Claiming he is symptom free, Robinson plans to resume playing and doesn’t mind doing so on a non-guaranteed contract.
