Report: Raiders, Dolphins, & Ravens Have Shown The Most Interest In Michael Crabtree

Matt Maiocco of CSN Bay Area reports that the Raiders, Dolphins, and Ravens have shown the most interest in signing free agent WR Michael Crabtree this offseason.

Of the three teams, Crabtree has visited with the Raiders and Dolphins, but the Ravens could really use some more receiver depth and he is among the best available free agents. Baltimore could be waiting to see if he’s still available after May 12, which is when players will no longer count against a team’s compensatory picks.

According to Maiocco, the 49ers have kept the door open for Crabtree to be back in San Francisco, but it appears as though he has more interest from other teams. Crabtree is reportedly willing to wait for the best offer to surface.

The Dolphins reportedly discussed the perimeters of a contract with Crabtree that would pay him around $3 million or so per year. However, Crabtree is believed to be targeting something closer to $4.5 million.

Crabtree, 27, appeared in all 16 games and caught 68 passes for 698 yards receiving and four touchdowns last year. Pro Football Focus has him rated as the No. 95 receiver out of 110 qualifying players.

We have Crabtree listed as the No. 34 player in our Top 1oo Free Agents list.
