Update:
Nick Wagoner confirms that the Rams are working on a one-year deal with veteran G Davin Joseph, but nothing is finalized as of now.
——–
Alex Marvez of Fox Sports reports that the Rams are set to sign former Buccaneers G Davin Joseph to a contract.
Joseph, 30, has spent his entire career with the Buccaneers, before being released earlier this offseason. He was set to make $6 million in 2014 before the team cut him loose back in early March.
He recently worked out for the Patriots, but didn’t find much interest beyond that.
The two-time Pro Bowler has struggled in recent years, missing the 2012 season with a knee injury, and grading out poorly last season. Pro Football Focus rated him No. 80 out of 81 qualifying guards.
We had Joseph at No. 6 in our Top Available Free Agent List.
