Aditi Kinkhabwala of the NFL Network reports that the Ravens have agreed to terms with veteran TE Owen Daniels.

  • Aaron Wilson reports that Daniels will receive a one-year contract from the Ravens.

Th Ravens were reportedly in talks with Daniels and free agent Ed Dickson in recent weeks, but this move is a pretty good indication that Dickson won’t be back in Baltimore next year.

Baltimore hired former Texans HC Gary Kubiak to run their offense, so the addition of Daniels really makes a lot of sense.

Daniels had visited with teams including the Packers and Redskins since being cut loose by the Texans on March 11.

Daniels, 31, appeared in five games and caught 24 receptions for 252 yards and three touchdowns last season.

We had him listed as the No. 10 player in our Best Available Free Agents list.
