  • Aaron Wilson reports that the Ravens are expected to reach out to Smith after 4 p.m today when he is officially no longer on the Panthers’ roster.

Smith reportedly had the the Cowboys, Patriots, Ravens, Buccaneers and Chargers, all on his list of teams to be traded to, but the Ravens have been the linked to Smith more than any other team.
