Dianna Marie Russini of NBC Washington reports that the Redskins have re-signed CB DeAngelo Hall to a four-year contract.

  • Multiple reports have already confirmed that the two sides have agreed to terms on a new contract.
  • Ian Rapoport reports that Hall will receive close to $5 million per year.

Recent reports indicated that Hall was discussing an extension with Washington and a deal could be reached in the near future, so this really isn’t all that shocking.

Hall, 30, was released by Washington last year, but was later signed to a one-year, $1.25 million contract. In 2013, he produced 78 tackles, four interceptions, three forced fumbles and returned a fumble for a touchdown, which is actually a pretty good season for how much they paid him.

Although, Pro Football Focus had him rated as the No. 84 cornerback in league due to issues in coverage and against the run.
