Report: Redskins Reach An Agreement With DE Darryl Tapp

ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that the Redskins have reached an agreement with DE Darryl Tapp on a one-year deal.

Tapp, 28, was limited to playing just 257 snaps for the Eagles last season, but despite the limited role, he’s been a fairly productive player for them, according to Pro Football Focus’ ratings.

He’ll be asked to move to outside linebacker next season, but he could prove to be a decent addition for a team that was hit hard by injuries to their front-seven last year.
