Aaron Wilson reports that the Houston Texans are releasing ILB Evan Frierson.
- Wilson believes that Frierson will draw interest from other teams.
Frierson had two years left on his rookie deal at base salaries of $420,000 (2014) and $510,000 (2015).
He signed with the Texans as an undrafted free agent out of Illinois State back in May of last year, but spent all of last season on injured reserve.
