Report: Titans Reach Agreement With DE Kamerion Wimbley On A Restructured Contract

Adam Caplan reports that the Titans and veteran DE Kamerion Wimbley have reached an agreement on a restructured contract that will keep him in Tennessee.

  • According to Caplan, Wimbley receives a three-year deal worth $9 million.
  • Jim Wyatt of the Tennessean reported earlier in the day that the two sides were  still working on a restructured contract.

Wimbley, 30, signed a five-year deal worth $35 million that included $13.5 million guaranteed with the Titans after the Raiders were forced to part ways with him in attempt to get a handle on their cap situation.

Last year, Wimbley appeared in all 16 games and totaled just 11 tackles and three sacks for the Titans.
