Vikings Claim LB Justin Jackson Off Waivers From Lions

 

Field Yates of ESPN reports that the Vikings have claimed LB Justin Jackson off of waivers from the Lions.

Jackson, 22, signed with Detroit as an undrafted free agent out of Wake Forest back in May, but was released over the weekend to make room for LB Shamari Benton. 

During his four-year career at Wake Forest, Jackson recorded 197 tackles, 20.5 tackles for a loss, seven sacks and three forced fumbles.
