ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that the Minnesota Vikings have re-signed WR Jerome Simpson to a one-year deal.
This is probably the type of signing that Vikings fans were hoping for after they traded Percy Harvin to the Seahawks yesterday.
Minnesota is reportedly considering a number of free agent receivers including Mike Wallace and Greg Jennings, and there’s at least a small chance they could try to pry Victor Cruz away from the Giants now that they have an additional first-round pick to work with.
