Mike Shanahan has to be the biggest Rex Grossman supporter in the NFL as the Redskins have re-signed him to a one-year deal, according to Pro Football Talk.
Grossman will obviously be a backup to Robert Griffin III, assuming that the Colts take Andrew Luck. Last year he threw for 3,100 yards and added 16 touchdowns to go with 20 interceptions. At 31, it’s to imagine him being anything better than a contingency plan from this point forward.
