Rich Gannon mentioned during an appearance onĀ 95.7 The Game that he won’t be Raiders QBs coach under Jon Gruden.

I came to my senses,” Gannon said of the possibility of taking this job, per Scott Bair.

Gannon added that couldn’t/didn’t want to match Gruden’s intensity and the time commitment that comes with this kind of position.

Reports from last mentioned Gannon as someone to watch for Gruden’s QBs coach. However, it looks like Gruden will need to look elsewhere to fill this position.

We’ll have more regarding the Raiders’ QBs coach job as the news is available.
