S Madieu Williams Agrees To Terms With The Redskins

John Keim of the Washington Examiner tweeted that S Madieu Williams has agreed to terms with the Washington Redskins according to Williams’ agent.

Matt Barrows of the Sacramento Bee tweets that he’s “hearing” S Madieu Williams will either be signing with the Falcons or Redskins in the near future.

Williams, 30, recently visited the Redskins and a mystery, which looks like the Falcons now, last week but wound up leaving without a contract. The Redskins could certainly use some additional safety depth now that LaRon Landry has departed, but Williams isn’t exactly going to be able to step in and solidify the backend of their secondary.
