Saints Place WR Dan Arnold On I.R. After Clearing Waivers

The New Orleans Saints officially placed WR Dan Arnold on injured reserve after clearing waivers last Friday.

Arnold signed on with the Saints as an undrafted free agent out of Wisconsin-Platteville a few weeks ago, Unfortunately, New Orleans waived him with an injury designation soon after, so it was expected that he would end up on injured reserve if no one claimed him.

The Saints will likely cut Arnold loose with an injury settlement at some point in the next few weeks.

During his senior season in 2016, Arnold recorded 65 catches for 1,176 yards and 16 touchdowns.
