Mike Garafolo of FOX Sports reports that the New Orleans Saints have re-signed veteran K Shayne Graham to a one-year contract.
Graham, 37, was set to be to be an unrestricted free agent, but it appears as though the Saints are willing to at least give him the opportunity to compete for a job this summer.
New Orleans signed Graham to a contract at the end of the 2013 season and later re-signed him to a contract close to a year ago.
However, he was unable to make the final 53-man roster coming out of the preseason, but was re-signed just a few days later.
wound up converting 19 of 22 (86.4%) field goal attempts in 2014 to go along with 46 of 47 extra point tries. Pro Football Focus has him rated as the No. 44 kicker out of 57 qualifying players last year.
